The extra 0.5 m for Spyder has to come from somewhere. The model takes it from Castaway (shown at 2.5 m) only so the row fits. The options are another brand giving up 0.5 m, or Katran going to 5.5 m.
Where the extra 0.5 m comes from
The requested row adds up to 20.5 m on a 20 m side. Settle this before the organiser plans each brand next Friday, or the half metre may simply not happen.
Build height above 2.5 m
In 2026 the Katran banners hung above the pegboard. Check the maximum build height in this row and whether we can hang banners from our own frame.
Return counter on the passage side
The model wraps the Katran counter 1.4 m around the passage corner. It stays inside our 3 m depth, but the organiser should confirm it doesn’t narrow the passage route.
Team of 10 across three stands
4 Dutch, 3 German, 2 French and 1 Ukrainian speaker, rotating. Plan: Katran 6, PVA Organic 2, Spyder Spod 2, with one dedicated demonstrator. Behind the counters that leaves about 1.7 m² per person. That’s enough to work, but there’s no room for boxes on the floor, so keep stock under the counters.
Power
For the aquarium light, the headlamp demo, the card terminals and the LED strips on the header boards.
Which hall
The email says the passage connects hall 7 and hall 5. It doesn’t say which side of the door our row is on. The model works either way.
